How Do  We actually Communicates With the Spirit?

How does we actually communicating with the spirit of the dead? The interesting parts of these EVPs tells us that the spirits of the dead retained their intelligences - they respect the living. Furthermore, the spirits of the dead do communicate with us and unconsciously our sub conscious mind (our inner soul) do respond. The spirits that calling my wife's name prove that the spirits of dead communicating with us. The best things is that the way of my wife responded that only happened in unconscious mind while in actual time that this EVPs being recorded she was busy doing work.

Therefore, this research findings suggests that we could possibly communicates with the spirit directly through meditation, astral projection and having merging with our inner soul by understanding the concept of focus through mind-body-soul.
