Inner Self the Proof Of the Duplicate Concept

The most interesting in this research findings was the voice of my own duplicate captured that said 'Your duplicate'. Therefore, this is to prove the Parallel Worlds existence theory that proclaims that not far from each one of us exists another 'us' that is almost identical.
However, in my opinion through our experience and research findings, the new person ( the duplicate ) is not exactly someone new but our own inner self (soul) that is projected out at the moment for certain reasons. And most likely, the full view of this astral journey will be reviewed in our dreams later on that gives us more information of the event.
Furthermore, why we review them later through dreams is because of the merging process between our conscious mind and the sub conscious mind that represents the inner soul. The merging process is the conscious way to spiritual growth that only happens through dreams which lets our consciousness experience the experience of our own inner self's (soul's) astral journey, as this would be an easier way for the conscious mind which needs reasoning to understand this phenomenon better.
